A lot of people may assume how they look does not really matter.; I mean, not everyone wants to be slim fit and all. The truth is asides from having a slim figure, there are a lot of mind-blowing health benefits from simple daily lifestyle habits.

I would drop just a few of them here(more tips would definitely come later as we go on☺):

1. Drinking plain hygienic water : This particular health tip seems over flogged; but in my opinion it deserves to be repeated over and over again. I mean it's simple. You don't have to think about it. You don't have to spend money to get it per say. It's almost 'free'. Drink lots and lots of water, as much as your stomach ( tummy) can contain and your urinary bladder can control. ( ps: we would not want any embrassments!lol).  Researchers and personal testimonies also, have shown/ given many health, beauty benefits of intake of  hygienic water. I would list some of the benefits below👇👇.

First, I want to share my personal experience with this simple trick. For about one year now ( since september 2016), I have inculcated the habit of drinking at least 2.5 - 3 litres of fluid everyday. Don't worry!, Rome was not built in a day! It just takes simple baby steps that finally turn into an involuntary habit. The beautiful thing about the human body is that it adapts easily. Once you start something, it quickly adapts to it as well (sort of creating a imaginary memory) that you feel incomplete  without doing it. Let me just break it down. When you wake up in the morning, the first thing to do after after brushing your teeth, is drinking water about 500ml, that's approximately a cup of water.

Do this 30 minutes before putting anything (food) in your mouth. This act has a lot of health benefits. If you are amongst the group of individuals that don't enjoy taking plain water, you can add a little flavour to it. Eg: lemon, Apple juice etc. Subsequently, aim to do this at intervals within the day.

Before you know it, it becomes a healthy habit!

I'm am not going to waste your time any further, I would just list the health/beauty benefits of the above tip.

  • It also increases basal metabolic rate.... hence you discover you are looking undesired weight without necessarily exercising much.
  • Reduces abdominal  bloating. ... hence the whole slimmer waist thing😉...
  • Keeps one looking radiant and ageless... (personal experience attests to this!)
