   First handy health tip: Health is wealth. A lot of people may assume how they look does not really matter.; I mean, not everyone wants to be slim fit and all. The truth is asides from having a slim figure, there are a lot of mind-blowing health benefits from simple daily lifestyle habits. I would drop just a few of them here(more tips would definitely come later as we go on☺): 1. Drinking plain hygienic water : This particular health tip seems over flogged; but in my opinion it deserves to be repeated over and over again. I mean it's simple. You don't have to think about it. You don't have to spend money to get it per say. It's almost 'free'. Drink lots and lots of water, as much as your stomach ( tummy) can contain and your urinary bladder can control. ( ps: we would not want any embrassments!lol).  Researchers and personal testimonies also, have shown/ given many health, beauty benefits of intake of  hygienic water. I would list some of the benefit
