How do you handle stress, when it comes?

Hey guys!...I know I promised to finish up on the previous post, but mehn! I have been really busy and back, fully bustling and hustling...it's for the greater good though. So I would like to talk a little bit about something else today. STRESS! STRESS! STRESS!... How do u handle stress when it presents itself? What is the most appropriate and healthy way to tackle stress? Can one avoid stress? Does everyone experience stressful moments?... So many questions. The list goes on and on... Well, firstly I can assure you that everyone passes through stress. Everyone!. I'm sure you all know that.... Stress can present in different forms. It could be work( current situation for me!lol), family, kids, friends, even enemies😂.
